Our Northern California Coast pop-up is along Highway 1, just north of the San Francisco Bay Area. Perched 430 feet above the Pacific Ocean, our 12' x 14' safari style tents offer unobstructed ocean views. Each of our 10 tents has a porch for whale watching or stargazing, a queen memory-foam mattress, down bedding and the furniture of a fine hotel room. At night you fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean, and awaken to the sounds of nature. We have hot showers and flushing toilets. Each morning begins with a continental breakfast of coffee, tea, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and pastries, and end each night with a campfire and s'mores. Click to see photos or book your glamping experience.

Unplugged Environment: We have created an unplugged space to spend time with loved ones and connect with nature. There is no wifi, however Verizon and AT&T get service. Flashlights are provided and cell phone chargers are available.

How long should we stay for? Guests who book one night regularly tell us they wish they had booked a second night. A 2 night stay allows a full day to explore the area and relax at camp.

We hope you will book your glamping experience with Terra Glamping. Much more than a comfortable place to lay your head, Terra Glamping is a great way to experience the outdoors in comfort and luxury. As an outdoor experience, you will feel the sun on your skin, the breeze in your hair and see and hear the waves crash on the shore. We do our best to create a comfortable, rejuvenating environment, but there are some things you should know about this or any outdoor experience.

1. We have no control over the weather. Northern California has beautiful weather year round, but we are not responsible for this part of the experience.

2. As an outdoor experience, we are sharing space with nature. As such, an insect may get inside your tent. Our tents are kept very clean, but this is part of the great outdoors.

3. Food is not allowed in or near your tent. Food is only allowed in designated areas. This is very important to keep animals out of your tent. Animals can smell food long after it has been cleaned up and we do not want you to have any unwanted visitors.

If this experience is not for you, we understand and suggest staying at a traditional hotel that is more protected from nature.
